Course Correction

Maybe it’s the turning of a new page on a new year, maybe I’ve fallen victim to the stereotype of “starting over”, maybe it’s sheer boredom, but I’ve come to a sort of crossroads.  I realized, this morning, that I’m not sorry I tried to be on my own and now that I’ve done it, I know, I can’t be this creature who exists without consequence.

Unnatural Selection

During my time off I’d been doing some reading.  Okay, a lot of reading.  I’m a bibliophile.  I read nearly everything (with the exception of fantasy and romance novels).  A genre that is new to me is self-help.  I’m not exactly the type of person that has delved into this area very much.  My friend and I once saw a man on his own cruising the Wicka section at Chapters.
